performance, notes, improvisations, revival productions have all contributed to these plays. At this point all of them, except the four awaiting their premiers*, can be produced with a shoestring budget, a little imagination, some lighting control, and the accompanying sound designs and slide projections available at minimal cost to groups wishing to mount a show. In most cases, quick, lateral scene changes provide a filmic flow greatly enhanced by the segue music, off-stage voices, narrations, sound-effects and overture/interval music of the sound designs...and thematically supported by the slide projections. These cost hundreds of dollars and hours to develop, but are now ready-made for you at a fraction of their cost. |
