Christina Hopkins, Piano Instruction Member, Music Teachers' Association of California This will formalize the agreement between Mrs. Hopkins and All students will audition to secure acceptance. The course of study, times of lessons, books and materials to be taught and current price of same shall be determined by mutual agreement following the audition, preceding the first lesson.. In general private lessons at the home of the student are the most costly; private lessons at the teacher's home are less costly. Audition date:_______________ Terms of the lessons: day(s)____________. time:______(through_______) @ $__________ per lesson. Fees shall be monthly, payable in advance to: Christina Hopkins. This shall begin at the time of the first lesson for the remainder of the current month, and thereafter at the first lesson of each month. There is no refund for missed lessons. Postponements and adjustments in time or day might be possible with plenty of advance notice, minimum twenty-four hours in advance. Late arrivals cannot be assured any make-up lesson beyond the contracted time.
